The fifth and sixth episodes of Ninjago Crystallized is all about showing how Nya transitions back to mortal form. However, she won’t be in ship shape to help with the ongoing investigation regarding the Vengestone just yet.

“Public Enemies 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5!” focuses on the Ninjago team planning a heist, and there’s nothing spectacular to say regarding this chapter. The title says it all since the team is planning to steal Aspheera’s staff. It’s awaiting transportation to a new safe house. Without it, the serpent queen can’t restore Nya. The team makes a decision to go rogue since the mission is about saving one of their own.

Adding the word ‘Behave’ to Corrective Measures

Corrective Measures is a movie that looks at the prison life of supervillains and the thing that they’ll do to plot an escape.

Corrective Measures is a movie that looks at the prison life of supervillains. They have a varied range of abilities, and the most feared are the psychic types rather than genetically enhanced. In a world where they were nearly created overnight, to have heroes around who can stop them took time. But humanity persevered and managed to contain them in a questionably maximum strength facility run by The Warden (Michael Rooker).

Four new inmates get put here. Only two seem matters in this narrative: Payback (Dan Payne) is a vigilante of sorts, and he’s not loved by many since he has superior strength. Diego Diaz (Brennan Mejia) advanced abilities won’t help him survive, and just why these are of concern ties into how they can help Julius “The Lobe” Loeb (Bruce Willis) escape. He is this prison’s most dangerous inmate.

In The Witch House, Those Dreams Are Made to Tease

This modern take is simply titled The Witch House. With Lovecraft’s name attached to the title card, the story can’t be considered complete without mention of Keziah Mason.

H.P. Lovecraft's Witch House (2021) - IMDbComing to VOD on July 5, 2022

How many versions of H.P. Lovecraft’s The Dreams in the Witch House exist? We’ve seen countless iterations on film, music and stage, and there’s never been a definitive version. My favourite is the rock musical I reviewed five years ago

One reason filmmakers adore this work is because it can be reinterpreted. The tale explores what a human soul experiences while travelling between dimensions. That transcendental contact must be in the forefront, and that includes exploring one’s sexuality as this film does. Alice Gilman (Portia Chellelyn) gets her first lesbian romance, and she’s wanting.

This version by writers Bobby Easley (who also directs) and Ken Wallace could have played with this change. Sex magic is nothing new, and while Lovecraft would roll in his grave about this cultural taboo, modern paganism would welcome it. In what could be achieved from it ranges from achieving spiritual happiness to furthering one’s career.

What’s Next Niantic, After Daring to Cancel Transformers: Heavy Metal?

The shakeup at Niantic Inc. cannot go unnoticed. Despite making billions one year, they’re laying off the next, and cancelling titles, like Transformers Heavy metal too.

Pokémon Go creator Niantic announces Transformers: Heavy Metal AR game - Polygon

The shakeup at Niantic Inc. cannot go unnoticed. As published on Entrepreneur 360, Tristan Rose wrote, “According to Niantic’s Crunchbase profile, Niantic, the developer of Pokémon GO, has raised $770 million over 5 rounds giving them a post-money valuation in the range of $1 billion to $10 billion as of November 23, 2021.”

And eight months later, this company is laying off workers (up to 90, according to Bloomberg) and changing priorities. In other reports, John Hanke wrote in an internal email to say this company is “facing a time of economic turmoil” and had already been “reducing costs in a variety of areas.”

The shift is unusual, and many fans are speculating.

The effect on upcoming products means cancelling them altogether. Not only was Niantic to help market and distribute Transformers: Heavy Metal, a Pokémon GO like game, but also they were to produce three other games using the same engine. Whether that’s a good or bad thing, fans can’t say. Very few people may have seen a demo. I wasn’t too excited myself when I offered my opinion about it, but I’d still try the game out. The website for this game is still online at time of writing.

Can Spider-Man diehards Get #ReleaseTheRaimiCut?

Whether this studio will consider #ReleaseTheRaimiCut depends less on demand and more on support from the team who helped make Spider-Man 3.

Spider-Man in the rain in his original suit looks at a reflection of himself wearing his black suit in the window of a building, with the film's slogan, title, release date and credits below.Back in 2020, fandom’s #ReleasetheSnyderCut movement caused Warner Brothers to release an alternate Justice League movie. Now, fans of Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 3 are hoping Sony can give this old product a similar treatment. They even have found information on what was filmed and lost, in hopes bits can be restored.

Whether this studio will consider #ReleaseTheRaimiCut depends less on demand and more on support from the team who helped make this film. Earlier this week was Tobey Maguire’s birthday, and social media used that fact as a platform to remind fans they’re still trying.

In the years since, this actor resumed working on television. He has done no other superhero type work after his tenure was finished.

For now, all fans have is an Editor’s Cut which didn’t amount to much in 2017. Owners of that set noted there were three new scenes, three alternate endings and an extended. It was part of the Legacy Collection 4K/Blu-ray Box Set.

Sadly, I feel that nothing will be done to further enhance the old films. Even though reception for the past actors reprising the role was praised in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the only way it can go forward is for a business executive at Sony Entertainment to say to the board, “People love Sam Raimi! He did well with Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness, so let’s try again!”

All supporters can hope for is a fan edit should an update come. It isn’t too hard to put back dropped or deleted scenes into a film from what’s available (i.e. trailers). After finding Spider-Man 3 Editor’s Cut on rental, it didn’t do anything for me to further improve the work. As for whether footage from the Venom films can be used, it’d be a challenge! It may even flesh out the problems with the third film’s story arc about the sentient alien goo.
