The Terror and Colour Symbolism in Blue Book, From #1 to 3!

Five issues of Blue Book will be released prior to the trade paperback slated for late August 2023 release.

Blue Book #1 Published by Dark Horse ComicsDark Horse Comics isn’t all that famous when it comes to offering titles concerning Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon, but when they do, I’m all for it! Instead of titling it “Project” Blue Book, the simpler title is eye-catching not only in colour presentation but also narrative approach.

Here, creators James Tynion IV and Michael Avon Oeming give readers a look at a few well-known cases from UFO lore. The tale that kicks things off recounts the famous case of Betty and Barney Hill. They were the very first alien abductees, and recounting their narrative is the perfect choice! In later issues, we see how their lives have been affected. Betty can’t let the encounter go, and her inquiries set the tone for what’s still to come. Chapter three is the most telling, since the last one ended up in an abrupt note.

Craig Charles (Lister from Red Dwarf) wants to believe, but he can’t do it alone in UFO Conspiracies. There’s some humour involved in this investigative television show on Sky. He joins forces with astrophysicist and journalist Sarah Cruddas to look at various cases, past and present. What’s presented only reminds longtime ufologists about those cases of ongoing debate.

These two work in a makeshift office and don’t have field agents to report in. Instead, what this show offers is something akin to Fact or Faked. Maybe they’re in this bungalow because they fear the Men in Black are coming. The fact it’s “undisclosed” says something. Video cameras are everywhere, and they can be hacked into when they are computer networked machines. In the way this series is filmed, I suspect it’s partly scripted.

I admire the later episodes when the two hosts put together the puzzle pieces. It’s rare to find any paranormal reality programming that’s similar to Beyond the Series. Their investigation into the Phoenix Lights is perhaps the best, since it offers material I do not recall presented elsewhere. To my knowledge, not even Ancient Aliens went into the depth as they did concerning who had seen these UAPs up close.

Highlights from Last Weekend’s UFO Full Disclosure Symposium 2022

Anyone following the US Congress open briefing on unidentified aerial phenomenon may well have booked a flight to attend The UFO Full Disclosure Symposium next.

UFO Full Disclosure SymposiumAnyone following the US Congress open briefing on Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon may well have booked a flight to attend the UFO Full Disclosure Symposium to keep the momentum going. This event took place at Vernal, Utah on May 27-29th, and it offers breakdowns on the recent videos disclosed to the public.

People are less sceptical these days. Instead, it’s about why more witness accounts are happening. If observers can gather enough concrete data before the craft disappears into the Aether, then they can see if the information is proof positive of alien visitation. The best pop culture comparison in how we want to handle first contact is with how the crew of the USS Enterprise handles it. From the bridge, the team can scan other spaceships with its vast array of sensors. And if the crew has a Betazoid, even better! They can recognise the intent of the “Encounter at Farpoint.”

During the weekend, the speakers were offering more than an examination of four newly released close encounters of the second kind. Three are given the label “Apache,” “Rubber Duck” and “A10 Warthog.” Unofficially, the speakers identified another piece as La Llorona, named after the Hispanic spectre!
