X-Japan’s Back With “Angel” Soaring Up the Charts!

X Japan is back, and they have an all new single to thrill fans with! Angel is no doubt set to charm.

X-Japan 2023 Publicity StillX Japan may well have gone dormant amongst some fans, or disbanded if you believe in other sources, but after eight long years, the team has gotten back together to record a brand new power ballad. This band led by YOSHIKI achieved legendary status among rock fans worldwide and while they won’t challenge Elon Musk, they will want their music and fandom to make their stance clear. There’s only one X Japan, and it belongs to this band, not some industrialist who thinks he can rebrand Twitter any way he wants. Fans rallied in support of the music group!

Summer Goes Sonic July 23rd with X Japan & More!

 

X Japan Concert. TourSummer Sonic will stream X Japan’s legendary 2011 performance on the event’s YouTube channel along with sets from Green Day (2012), Nine Inch Nails (2009), Rihanna (2012), and The Prodigy (2008).

The performances will be available for viewing for 24 hours only beginning July 23 at 8:00pm Japan time (4:00am in Los Angeles, 7:00am in New York).

X Japan’s appearance at Summer Sonic was part of the band’s world tour which took them to Asia, Europe, South America, and New York’s Madison Square Garden.

Japan’s Best, Headlines Visual Kei Music Festival in October

We are less than three months away from one of Japan’s most exciting rock concerts of the year. Announced four days ago on their official site, j-rock group Glay along with groups X Japan and Luna Sea will be performing on day 1 of the Visual Japan Summit 2016 Powered by Rakuten. Visual Japan Summit is a visual kei music festival to be held indoors at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall 9-11 in Chiba Prefecture. This event takes place October 14-16, just one week apart from events like the Nihonmatsu Lantern festival (October 4-6) and the Kurama Fire Festival (October 22).
