Perhaps with Pacino in the role of the famous smuggler there wouldn’t be a reimagining by George Lucas on Greedo’s death scene in the Mos Eisley Cantina.
Now this is something entirely out of left field, Al Pacino as Han Solo. Who would’ve thought that instead of Harrison Ford, who made famous the role of the likeable rogue in the 1977 film Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, we would’ve been given an entirely different interpretation by the man known for The Godfather’s Michael Corleone.
Check out the latest action in the Pacific Rim UK TV spot. Directed by Guillermo del Toro (Films: Megamind, Puss In Boots & Kung Fu Panda 2) and starring Charlie Hunman (Film: Nicholas Nickelby, TV: Byker Grove), Ron Perlman (TV: Danny Phantom, Justice League & Teen Titans) and Rinko Kikuchi (Film: The Sky Crawlers).
I found this neat little Youtube channel of two girls, Nessy and Drusila, who are big Monster High fans. I thought I would post their latest video for those families with children who love arts and crafts (and for those who are Monster High freaks).
Here we have Nessy demonstrating how to make a Ghoulish Gadget Holder.
But hey, Zack, if the Man of Steel film is dinner would it be too much to expect a Margot Kidder cameo as dessert.
I’m confessing I’m hungry now for the Man of Steel movie. This new international TV spot is causing me to drool. But before the new TV was released today I’ve had no interest in seeing another Superman reboot. After watching the line of Kirk Alyn, George Reeves and my personal favourite Christopher Reeve don the tights my need to watch Superman had been more than filled. I let the previous film incarnation slip by without so much as a glance, even though it had Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor (who I respect as an actor). But Michael Shannon as General Zod looks really good. I’m hoping his characterization of Zod is at least on par with Terence Stamp’s previous portrayal (who played Zod in the 1978 film Superman).

Man of Steel is directed by Zack Snyder with screenplay by David S. Goyer. Original story by David S. Goyer and Christopher Nolan. The character of Superman was created by the team of Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster.
I’m loving the art of Hillary White aka White Rabbit from deviantArt. She takes characters from pop culture and paints them into still poses sometimes with serene settings.
Raphdolfo, based off of “Portrait of an Old Man” by Ridolfo Ghirlandaio has to be one of my favourites by Hillary.
