Everyone has their favourite Power Ranger and that can be anyone, like Amy Jo Johnson, Johnny Yong Bosch or Austin St. John. But at Wizard World New Orleans, former president and spokesman of Marvel Comics, Stan Lee, let everyone know who his favourite Power Ranger is. During a Q&A panel for Jason David Frank at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the Eisner Award Hall of Famer appeared and greeted the former Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cast member. Said Stan Lee, “…and I’m not about to let any time go by without saying hello to my favourite Power Ranger.”
Jason David Frank played Tommy Oliver/Green Ranger on the 1993 television series, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
The Power Rangers originated from the Japanese TV Super Sentai series Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger (1992). The role of the Green Ranger (or Dragon Ranger in the Japanese series) was portrayed by Izumi Shirō (和泉 史郎). Jason is an American Karate Kung Fu Federation Hall of Famer and an accomplished MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter.
