Director James Cameron and 20th Century Fox must have an obsession for Avatar. Living in virtual worlds must be cool, and that means pushing back other projects Cameron has in the pipeline. Battle Angel may well never get realized or the rights will disappear. Instead, three films in the Avatar universe are now confirmed to be in production even though news of this fact is more than a year old. Sigourney Weaver revealed this information in an interview with ScreenRant.
