The Marvel Experience Road Tour!

The Marvel Experience will be housed inside a traveling dome complex the size of two football fields and will include a 4D motion ride, 3D animated features, holographic simulations and a range of original merchandise.

MarvelExperienceLogoThe term, “Make Mine Marvel!” is going to be more factual than anybody can expect. Marvel Entertainment announced that a traveling show is expected to begin in 2014, and The Marvel Experience will be a first-person experience that fans can step into. They will become part of the action.

“The dynamic creative elements we’re developing are going to enable anyone to feel like a superhero like Spider-Man or Captain America,” says Rick Licht, chief executive officer, Hero Ventures in a press release.

“We couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with Marvel. Kids and adults are going to be absolutely inspired, empowered and thrilled from start to finish, with an immersive experience that is not just memorable, but unforgettable.”

IGN reports, “The tour will make stops in 24 cities for several days at a time, with specific locations, and ticket information, set to be announced shortly. There is already a part two being planned, with a second tour featuring another theme.”

With Disney owning this company, perhaps a bigger question is that when this road show ends, just where will this complex be housed? Disneyland will eventually grow to include two football fields at some point in time. Let’s hope that it won’t be housed at just one park.
