Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (2026) #1

The future is now with this visionary relaunch of the globally acclaimed Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series. It’s been ten years since the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers turned in their morphers and went their separate ways. But now they’ve been called back to the legendary Command Center to face a new, terrifying form of a familiar foe: Rita Rabiosa. They may not be teenagers with attitudes anymore, but are they still the same heroes they once were?

Although this comic released last month to comic stores, this variant by Federico Sabbatini pays homage to a SNES cart style design. It has a smaller print run when compared to other exclusives, so catch them if you can.

Last year, DC Comics decided to run a series of ten different San Diego Comic-Con booth designs to mark a decade of their brand ahead of their hundredth anniversary. And in 2026, it’s the 50s. That time marked a creative turning point for the company as they introduced Supergirl, explaining why the movie came out this year, along with making Hal Jordan Green Lantern. Dungeons & Dragons: Total Party Killers #1

In what makes this company’s run of bringing all new tales to the fore, Dark Horse Comics, has a unique variant cover design to deliver during SDCC 2026. This run has a glow in the dark cover! While no final product photo is offered, that’s because the art is by Matías Bergara speaks for itself. We suspect that the background will deliver what’s special here.

Hellboy: Seed of Destruction #1

For readers who want the debut comic that launched the Hellboy empire gets faithfully recreated with everything the original had! From design, ads, and “Monkeyman and O’Brien,” the backup story by Art Adams, this limited run is sure to be prized from newcomers and fans who came in late alike! There’s only 500 copies made, with a limit of 2 per person per day, and a price tag of $25.

The Horror of Godzilla #1

This variant supports IDW’s more explicitly frightening interpretation of Godzilla. The title alone suggests something closer to monster horror than another city-smashing tournament bracket.

The Rocketeer: Infiltrator #1

And since neither has experience in deep-cover work, the Allies send a handler to support them—a debonair MI6 agent who assumes the role of Betty’s co-star. The Rocketeer will need to maintain his cover, destroy a superweapon no Allied agent has actually seen, and keep Betty away from the handsome British secret agent with a penchant for beautiful women. It’s a lot for a reckless stunt pilot to handle!
