When a young teen accidentally dies, instead of moving on to their next life, they awaken in a type of limbo where they have to prove their worth. From the original tale set in modern day Japan to a side-story and now a historical action drama, this crazy R.I.P.D. cum Predator concept has elements to like, and danger to gasp at. The creators adapted it to anime, but reading the original story remains unsurpassed.
