The Back Horn
The Back Horn will be hosting a special live concert to celebrate the release of their upcoming 2-CD greatest hits album, Best of the Back Horn II, and their 20 years as a band. This special concert will be by invitation only and will be held at the intimate venue where the Back Horn had their first paid gig, 下北沢SHELTER (Shimokitazawa Shelter) in Kitazawa, Setagaya, Tokyo. Fans will be able to win an invitation via lottery through two ways:
1. Fans can help create the 2nd CD of Best of the Back Horn II (which has yet to be compiled) by visiting http://www.thebackhorn.com/feature/20th_anniversary/ and vote from an applicable list.
- People can choose their songs for CD2 through Twitter. Tweet the songs from the applicable list you want to see. All tweets that include the hashtag “#バクホンベスト2” will be eligible.
Voting closes at 23:59 (11:59pm Japan time) Wednesday, August 23, 2017.
Best of the Back Horn II will see release Wednesday, October 18th.
Special live will take place at 下北沢SHELTER (Shimokitazawa Shelter), Sunday January 21, 2018. although admission for those lucky enough to win an invitation will be free, drinks being served at the venue are not.

NBC Universal has released through their YouTube channel a 3 minute and 23 second video composed of clips from frip’s upcoming live concert DVD/Blu-ray. Titled fripSide LIVE TOUR 2016-2017 FINAL in Saitama Super Arena -Run for the 15th Anniversary-, the concert was filmed on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the 37,000 capacity arena in Chuo Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture. FINAL in Saitama will have roughly 4 hours of footage with guest appearances by j-pop sensations Nao Minakami (New DUP), angela, and KOTOKO.
Three different versions will be made available to fans including a 2-disc (DVD ¥4,500 excluding taxes/Blu-ray ¥5,000 excluding taxes) and limited edition 3-disc set (DVD ¥8,000 excluding taxes, Blu-ray ¥8,500 excluding taxes). FINAL in Saitama will be released September 6, 2017.
Juliet
Juliet will be making a guest appearance on radio program The Nite, broadcast on Japan’s community FM station, Music Bird. The show will air 21:00 – 23:55 on Tuesday, August 22nd and will host Juliet live in the studio between the times of 21:00 to 22:00.
